    On-site assessment & documentation

    Our project manager assesses the source and extent of damage, stops it from spreading, and begins insurance-grade documentation — photos, moisture readings, and a scope of the affected areas. You get a plain-English explanation of what happened and what happens next.

  3. 03

    Emergency mitigation

    This is where speed matters most. Water extraction, board-up, tarping, containment, controlled demolition of unsalvageable materials — whatever it takes to stop the loss from getting worse. Your policy requires reasonable steps to prevent further damage; this phase is how you meet that duty.

    Drying, cleaning & monitoring

    Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers run until the structure actually reads dry — verified with daily moisture readings, not guesswork. Smoke residue, odor, and contamination are treated to IICRC standards. Every reading is logged for your claim file.

    Reconstruction & return
